Black Beans Instant Pot Recipe

- 1 lb black beans rinsed and picked
- 4 cups water
- 4 cubes chicken bouillon
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
Pick through the black beans for dirt, and damaged or split beans. Discard these. Rinse the rest of the beans in cold water and drain.
Put the rinsed beans, water, chicken bouillon, salt and pepper in the instant pot and close lid. Set it for 40 min high pressure, no warming and let it vent naturally.
