Servings: 24 meatballs
- 2 lbs lean ground turkey
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 5 cloves garlic in a paste or chopped finely
- 1 medium onion chopped finely
- 1 bunch Italian parsley chopped
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp poultry seasoning
- 1/4 tsp ground chipotle pepper
Pre-heat oven to 350F.
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Put all ingredients in a large bowl and mix it with your hands until well incorporated.
Form balls with the mixture and place it on baking sheet.
Bake it for 15 minutes and then rotate meatball and bake for another 10 minutes.
