Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked black beans (1 can)
  • 1/3 cup red onions chopped roughly
  • 1/3 cup cilantro chopped roughly
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp chipotle pepper powder
  • 1/2 lime juiced
  • 1/2 jalapeno pepper seeded and diced (optional)
  • 1 tbsp cotija cheese to top it
  • 1 bag tortilla chips or veggies to serve

Instructions

  • Process all the ingredients, except cotija cheese in a food processor or blender until smooth. Add a tbsp of water if needed.
  • Enjoy!
