  • 1/2 yellow onion diced small
  • 1/3 bunch of parsley chopped
  • 1 carrot finely shredded
  • 1/3 tsp salt
  • 1/3 tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp mustard powder
  • 1/4 cup Hellman's mayonnaise
  • 1/6 cup dijon mustard
  • 1/2 lemon juice
